This is a highly requested service. This service, also named a bank levy, allows you to remove money that is available directly from your debtor’s bank account anywhere in the State of California in order to enforce your judgment. To order this service you must have the name of the debtor's bank(s) and address.  No bank account number is necessary.  If you do not have the name of the debtor's bank(s), please visit Bank Account Locate - City/Countywide Search or Bank Account Locate - Statewide Search to request a search to be performed.

How has it been used?

"I had already used UniResolve's bank account locate service to locate where my debtor held his bank account. I learned that the debtor banked at Wells Fargo. I then selected the service to Remove Money from the Debtor's Bank Account. The defendant had all of the money I was owed on the judgment in the account except for $60.00, which he later contacted me and paid on his own so that I would no longer come after him. It felt good to finally get paid the money I so deserved."
